Dear Members, dear Friends,
2007 is nearing its end. This year, thanks to all, was a truly pivotal point for MILSET Europe. Our Movement is facing a very positive development with new members, new activities and many exchanges thanks to an improvement of communication, more frequent meetings and the voluntary and passionate involvement of an increasing number of people.
But, far from letting us sit back and relax, 2008 announces itself even more thrilling and filled with challenges!
The programme of activities will be the richest in MILSET history with four regional Expo-Sciences: Taipei, Taiwan for Asia; Lima, Peru for Amlat; Tripoli, Libya for Africa and Budapest, Hungary which will be the culmination of a European programme supplemented by the 4th European Science Day for Youth (ESDY), the 2nd edition of the European Science Photo Contest (ESPC) and the launch of the scientific camps’ sub-programme with three camps in Portugal, Russia and Slovakia.
We will also have the pleasure to meet and work on further collaboration during the Annual Meeting and the Euro Space Class.
While looking forward to meeting you all in 2008, I wish you best season greetings on behalf of all the MILSET Europe team!
Best regards,
Antoine van Ruymbeke
MILSET Europe President
